Les Dauphins Blanc (CDR)

Vines are grown on clay-limestone rich soils benefitting from the mediterranean climate. At harvest the grapes are destemmed and crushed, directly pressed and vinified at 16 degrees celsius for around 10 days in stainless steel tanks to perserve the fruit aromas.

A true expression of the white varietals of the southern Rhône, this golden coloured wine releases seductive aromas of white peach and floral notes. Subtle and crisp, this wine is a concentrate of freshness!
