Our most important stakeholder is our members (employees), who have also been key to our success. We have built on our heritage, with a family ethic, and always tried to encourage a positive can-do culture that encourages individual responsibility. We have always valued our members contribution and we recognise that the success of our business has only been possible with everyone’s valued contributions.

Meet the Exec
We are employee-owned, and managed by two different boards, our Executive Board and our Board of Trustees.
The Executive Board manage the day to day running of the business, and consult with the Board of Trustees to ensure our members are kept up to date and can input into business decisions.

In 2021, we became an employee- owned business, which is why our team are Members, not just employees.
