Our Supply Chain and Logistics Teams manage the full process of procurement of dry goods and liquids, production planning, forecasting and distribution. They play a critical role in ensuring that the entire process is carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the highest quality.
Supply Chain Management
The Supply Chain Team is responsible for managing the entire process of ordering, distributing, and delivering bulk wine and spirits to us here on-site
The team also manages the purchasing of packaging and oversees demurrage minimisation and tank control.
They are experienced in managing all aspects of the supply chain and are proactive and adaptable, offering assistance in solving supply chain issues should they arise.
Demand Management
The Demand Management Team work with our customers on collaborative planning and forecasting, promotional activity management.
They can provide customers with detailed weekly forecast, demand and trend analysis and offer reviews for feedback and process improvement.
Warehousing & Distribution
We have a fully bonded warehouse capable of storing over 11,000 pallets on site with a mix of block stack & racked capacity, with additional offsite storage partner options.
We ensure extremely high stock accuracy supported by regular perpetual inventory and annual stock takes. We offer 24-hour warehouse cover and 7-day order processing via our experienced customer service team.
We also have part load transport capability across the UK and supply customers in both Northern Ireland and offshore islands. We also help customers export products to markets across the world including the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.
