Product Testing & Solutions
Our Technical, Quality and Laboratory Team are responsible for product specification set-up and management for all liquids coming into us.
Utilising our fully-equipped chemical analysis & microbiological laboratories, we pride ourselves on our wine treatment and recovery capabilities such as blending, fining & stabilisation. This means if wine arrives out of specification from across the world, we are able to treat and recover to save a lot of unnecessary expense and environmental impact.
Compliance
Our technical team ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and third-party standards such as BRCGS.
Packaging Technology
Our Packaging Manager works closely with our Product Management & Design, Production, Engineering and Procurement Teams to ensure we select the appropriate materials for all products, and that they are tested for durability and compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
This ensures that all packaging is optimised for both cost-effectiveness and sustainability and that products are protected during transport and storage.
New Product Development
Our NPD team have a track record of innovation across all categories, specialising in spirits, no-and-low alcohol and ready to drink products such as cocktails, gin and tonics, wine spritzes and hard seltzers. The team can create best-in-class liquids from scratch or match existing formulas as required.
