Enjoy The Pure Taste Of Nature With Yali Wines
Sustainable wines from Central Chile
The Yali Valley in Central Chile is a very special place; over 176 species of migratory birds call this wetland home. The winemakers at the Yali vineyards, that share this beautiful area, understand the importance of the biodiversity of the environment and as such Yali is one of a few wine brands that is completely sustainable. The winemakers work closely with the local communities around the vineyards to ensure that environmental care is central to the winemaking process.
The range of Yali Wild Swan wines are inspired by the wild swans that are found in the Yali wetland and each glass will provide an intensity of flavour that delivers a sensational, refreshing taste at an affordable price. This makes them ideal for sharing with friends or pairing with mid-week meals.
Winemaker Sergio Hormazábel says: “Making wine is a creative process that leaves a legacy. We believe that making sensational wines should not happen at the expense of our planet. In fact we have proven that by working in partnership with the environment we can create an even better product. Our wines are refreshing yet intense and will leave their mark on any occasion.”
Joseph Turner Co-op Wine Buyer says: “We are really happy to be working with Vina Ventisquero, a producer who actively engages with its community and surrounding area, a philosophy we at Co-op strongly believe in. The ‘Yali’ Wild Swan wines offer our customers fantastic value for money.”
Yali Wild Swan Sauvignon Blanc and Wild Swan Merlot are available in Co-op stores RSP £7.50.
